What is the processing time?

Please allow a 3-7 business days for processing time once your order has been placed and received. During peak season, processing may take up to 10 days. Note: We are not in the store Saturdays and Sundays, and any order placed after 5PM PST will start processing the next business day. It could be processed and sent out sooner but we would like to disclose it could take up to 10 business days, due to demand in our warehouse and COVID-19 quality checks. The items processing time is the time from receiving your order to physically dispatching it. After receiving your order, we conduct rigorous Quality Control checks and tests in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment to meet your satisfaction. This can involve detailed in-house checks: e.g. material quality, zippers, seams, embellishments and motifs, interiors, lining, etc. The total processing time varies depending on the complexity, design and size of the specific product or article. Larger orders will naturally take longer. It normally takes 3-7 business days for us to process your order. However, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. If your order includes very popular items that are experiencing stock availability issues, then the order can take 7-10 business days to process and dispatch. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by these delays and thank you for your patience.

FREE SHIPPING on all orders

We ship from Los Angeles, CA. Please allow 3-7 business days for processing your order before it's shipped. Our complimentary 6-8 day shipping service arrives after 6 business days for west coast delivery, and 7 business days for east coast delivery. This includes an extra delivery day during COVID-19. This service will be delivered by USPS. 

2-DAY SHIPPING FEDEX - $15.99 

The 2-Day shipping option is a FedEx 2 business day service. Please allow an extra day during Covid.  Expedited shipping is only available for products in stock.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING FEDEX - $29.99 

The Overnight shipping option is a FedEx overnight / next business day service if you order before 2PM PST. Please allow an extra day during Covid.   

Dispatch Time

We aim to have all orders shipped the same business day if placed before 2:00PM (Pacific time/California). 

Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

USA - Hawaii & Alaska

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING (4-8 business days) when you spend over $50

Orders under $50: Flat rate charge of $6.99 for standard shipping.

2 Business Day Shipping: Flat rate charge of $15.00

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Customers shipping to another country or region outside of the U.S. may be liable for any customs and import duties, quotas, permits, product restrictions, and additional fees. These charges are beyond our control as they are set by the local government in your country.

Standard Shipping: 5-12 days with a flat rate charge of $14.95

Express Shipping: 3-4 days with a flat rate charge of $29.99

DUTIES & TAXES

The following countries require payment of Duties & Taxes upon entry (not at checkout): Afghanistan, Albania, Algeria, Australia, American Samoa, Andorra, Angola, Anguilla, Argentina, Armenia, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Benin, Bonaire, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, British Indian Ocean Territory, Canada, UK

SHIPPING: Due to global health events beyond our control, DHL, USPS, and FedEx are currently experiencing shipping delays. Your package may be held by the carrier for delivery at a later date while they work to keep safety top of mind. Please be sure to monitor your tracking details once your order has been shipped by our team, and reach out to the carrier for more details if your order is delayed.

RETURNS: Our returns window is set to 10 days. Once you receive your package you will have 10 days to return the unwanted items back to us, unworn and unwashed. To increase safety standards, received returns will be quarantined at our shipping facility for 3 days before they are processed. Please allow at least 6 business days for your return to be processed by our team. Refunds will appear back to the original payment within 7-12 business days depending on your bank's clearance times.  

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: We ask that all international customers take note of your own tracking information and receipt as we won't be able to track or monitor this for you. International return packages can take 4 weeks or more to reach our facility. Your return may delayed in getting back to us due to delays with international carriers.
